USAID Property Rights Program Campaign

Pi Communications conducted the whole Campaign concept, from proposing the creative ideas and storyboards up to producing 3 news features stories (2-3 min) and 6 TV ad clips in three languages (English, Albanian and Serbian).

Multimedia products delivered are the following:

TELEVISION 
Directing, filming and production of  three (3) 2 – 3 minutes-long video  vignettes, one (1) story for each  target audience, and reinforcement  of three (3) key SBCC messages, in  a documentary news-feature style.  Each vignette was produced in Albanian and Serbian languages.  

Specifically: 
Directing, filming and production  of three (3) 53 seconds-long TV  public service clips (1 per each target audience) in a form ready  to be aired on national television  and via social media. Each clip was  produced in Albanian and Serbian  languages.  

This campaign included many other  activities, such as event organisation,  development and production of video  animations, media buying, billboards  and media outreach.  

RADIO 
Directing, filming and production  of three (3) 60 seconds-long radio  public service clips (1 per each  target audience) ready to be aired  on national radio. Each product  was produced in Albanian with a  Serbian-voiced version. 

Specifically: 
Directing, filming and production  of three (3) fully completed radio  feature segments (each 2 to 3  minutes long) on the topic of PRP (1  tailored for each target audience)  to be aired on national radio. Each  one was produced in Albanian with  a Serbian-voiced version.
